1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the German Robotics University website (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Site.

Important: These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and German Robotics University ("GRU", "we", "us", or "our").

2. Use License

Permission Granted

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on GRU's Site for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

Restrictions

Under this license, you may NOT:

  • Modify or copy the materials
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose
  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software on the Site
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notations from the materials
  • Transfer the materials to another person or mirror the materials on any other server
Termination

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by GRU at any time. Upon termination, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession.

3. Admission & Academic Terms

All admission applications must be complete, accurate, and submitted by the stated deadlines. GRU reserves the right to reject any application at its discretion. Providing false information may result in application rejection or enrollment termination.

Tuition fees are set annually and must be paid according to the payment schedule. Failure to pay fees may result in suspension of academic services, withholding of transcripts, or dismissal from the university.

All students must adhere to GRU's Academic Integrity Policy. Plagiarism, cheating, falsification of records, or other academic misconduct may result in disciplinary action up to and including expulsion.

GRU programs are subject to Egyptian Ministry of Higher Education approval and German partner institution accreditation. Degree conferral is contingent upon successful completion of all program requirements.

4. Intellectual Property

The materials on GRU's Site are protected by Egyptian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All content, including but not limited to:

is the property of German Robotics University or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

5. Disclaimer

No Warranty

The materials on GRU's Site are provided "as is". GRU makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

6. Limitations

In no event shall German Robotics University or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on GRU's Site.

Note: Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or limitations of liability for incidental or consequential damages. These limitations may not apply to you.

7. Revisions & Errata

The materials appearing on GRU's Site may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. GRU does not warrant that any of the materials on its Site are accurate, complete, or current. GRU may make changes to the materials contained on its Site at any time without notice.

8. Links

GRU has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its Site and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by GRU of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dakahlia Governorate, Egypt.
